Quick Delivery

  • Most orders delivered within 21 to 28 days

 

Free Delivery

  • England & Wales:
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £100 to UK Mainland addresses. If delivery is required  to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands will not be  included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for further prices. Note that Scottish deliveries may take slightly longer than the lead times quoted for standard delivery as you can appreciate. For a more accurate timescale, please contact us. 

Smaller Item Deliveries

We use national trusted couriers for our larger items, and smaller couriers for our smaller items. They will contact you via phone to confirm when your order will be delivered. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a contactable mobile number so the courier can reach you via call or text if needed.

Larger Item Deliveries

For larger or bulkier furniture, we partner with specialist third-party logistics providers who ensure safe and efficient delivery. If the item is in stock, we aim to deliver within 21 working days.

The suppliers we use have a vast selection of products available for immediate dispatch. Some items may be on backorder or available for pre-order, and if this is the case we will clearly communicate this to you on each product page. If you need a more specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

For large or heavy items, assistance may be required to help the delivery driver. Deliveries are made to  ground floor only for insurance and safety reasons.  If you require a premium white glove delivery service please message us directly and we will be happy to provide a quotation.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your items before the driver leaves to allow for an immediate return in the rare case of damage. If this isn’t possible, you have 24 hours from signing for the goods to report any damages. Claims made beyond this period may not be accepted.
  • Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and, where possible, provide an estimated time slot .
  • Deliveries are usually scheduled Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries may be available for an additional charge—please contact us for details.
  • If you are unable to receive your order on the agreed date, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery or cancellation fee.

Important Delivery Considerations

  • Access Requirements: Please ensure that your ordered items will fit through doorways, stairwells, and staircases. If you have concerns, contact us before delivery for guidance. A return or additional handling charge may apply if specialist equipment is needed.
  • Safety Precautions: Due to the size and weight of some items, we kindly ask that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during delivery.
  • Assembly & Packaging: Some items may arrive unassembled and in multiple boxes for safe transport. Assembly is typically minimal, and if you require a white glove delivery service (which includes unpacking and setup), please request a quote before purchase.

Items/Delivered

Once your delivery has been received and signed for, ownership of the items transfers to you, provided full payment has been made. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction after delivery unless the items were reported as damaged, faulty, or delivered incorrectly at the time of arrival.

For items requiring assembly, please ensure you have all necessary parts, instructions, and tools before beginning. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for items that have been incorrectly assembled or damaged during the assembly process.

If you intend to store your items, please inspect them thoroughly beforehand.
