Delivery at Silk & Wood Interiors

We offer free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses outside Scotland, with no minimum order value. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact info@silkandwood.co.uk with your postcode and chosen items for a delivery quotation before ordering.

For Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other destinations outside the UK mainland, please contact us for delivery costs and availability before ordering.

Supplier availability and delivery estimates

Our product availability information is informed by Richmond Interiors and Silk & Wood supplier feeds. This helps us keep you informed using the latest information provided through those feeds.

Availability refers to supplier stock, rather than stock held at Silk & Wood. Delivery dates and lead times are estimates based on supplier information and delivery arrangements. If a product shows different delivery estimates, our team can check the latest supplier information for you.

If you are planning around a particular date, email us with the product name and delivery postcode. We will help you check the available delivery information before you order.

Arranging your delivery

Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange delivery. Please provide a contactable telephone number when placing your order.

Standard delivery is to the ground floor. For large or heavy items, assistance may be required. Please check access and doorway measurements before ordering.

If you would like a white-glove delivery quotation, including unpacking and setup, please contact us before ordering. Some items require assembly.
