Silk & Wood Interiors - Returns Policy 

1.1 Right of Withdrawal – Tangible Products
If you have purchased a physical (non-digital) product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery. To do so:

  • Notify Silk & Wood of your wish to withdraw within the 14-day period.
  • Return the product using ordinary shipping procedures.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, in its original seal and packaging.

Once the product has been received and verified, Silk & Wood Interiors will refund the agreed purchase price by bank transfer.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal – Digital Products

For products of an electronic nature, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, unless the product involves the provision of intangible content that has already been accessed or downloaded. In such cases, withdrawal rights are waived in accordance with Article 108.4.b) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

1.3 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you discover any defect, damage, or that the product does not match your order:

  • Record the issue on the delivery note at the time of receipt.
  • Contact Silk & Wood Interiors within 14 days of delivery using the telephone number on our website.

Silk & Wood will coordinate the return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

1.4 Exemptions
No returns are accepted for products that:

  • Has been opened, used, or are missing original packaging/seals.
  • Are custom-made or clearly personalised.
  • Combine both digital and physical elements and where digital access has already been used.

Richmond Interiors – Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Richmond Interiors purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

2.1 Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Items

  • Handcrafted and limited edition pieces are final sale.
  • These items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

2.2 In-Stock Items
Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • In original condition.
  • Unused and unassembled.
  • Returned in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
