To help us process your request efficiently, we kindly ask you to provide the following details:

  • Clear detailed photos of the issue and an overview photo of the product.
  • A description of the issue or complaint.
  • Your customer number, order number, and product article number.

Once we receive your request, our team will promptly review it in collaboration with our quality department. Processing times may vary based on request volume and team availability. If further details are needed, we will contact you.

Possible Resolutions

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will work with you to provide one of the following solutions:

  1. Repair Kit
    • If the issue is minor and can be easily fixed, we will send a repair kit to resolve the problem.
  2. Compensation for a Replacement Item
    • In certain cases, we may offer compensation toward a replacement item, with the option to sell the original item at a discounted rate.
  3. Product Repair
    • If the item requires repair, we will provide return instructions.
    • Please notify us when the item is ready for collection, quoting the provided return reference code (e.g., JK Code).
    • Upon receiving the item, we aim to complete repairs and return it within two weeks. If repairs cannot be completed within this timeframe, an exchange will be arranged.
  4. Product Exchange
    • If the item is deemed unrepairable and unfit for use, we will arrange an exchange for a new product.
    • A return voucher will be issued for the original item, and we kindly ask you to notify us when the furniture is ready for collection using the return reference code.
  5. Refund or Credit
    • If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we may offer a credit or refund for the product.
